Healthspan Assessment

The starting point for every program. A focused assessment and a clear plan for what comes next.

$399 for your full assessment, including the Standard Blood Panel. Price may increase if further testing is recommended, or if a Hormone Panel is included (add-on from +$89). Anything beyond the Standard Panel is optional, explained, and priced with you before you agree. The assessment includes one GP consultation, one nutrition consultation and a 30-day roadmap. There is no obligation to continue. The assessment fee is separate from, and is not credited towards, any ongoing plan. Six- and 12-month plans depend on the care plan recommended by your doctor and are quoted before you decide. All prices include GST.

Standard Blood Panel. A comprehensive baseline panel covering your general health: full blood count, liver and kidney function, cholesterol, blood-sugar markers (fasting glucose and HbA1c) and inflammation (hs-CRP).

Hormone Panel Add-On — from +$89. Optional. Where clinically appropriate, your doctor may recommend additional hormonal markers as part of your assessment.

Return consultations are $199 and do not include pathology.

As a guide, ongoing programs cost approximately $400 AUD per month, depending on the scope of your care plan — around $2,400 over six months or $4,800 over 12 months. This figure is indicative only: your actual program price, inclusions and payment terms are set out in an individual quote before you commit. There is no obligation to continue after your initial assessment. Programs have a 3-month minimum commitment; see the program terms for cancellation and refunds. All prices include GST.

Nutrition memberships

Ongoing nutrition and movement support to keep your plan moving between clinical reviews. Memberships are a defined monthly service — separate from the clinical programs above, which are individually scoped packages of medical review and coordination. Memberships begin after your assessment.

Medical appointments and repeat pathology are not included in the membership fee and are charged separately. Between-appointment messaging is not an emergency service.

Cancel 7 or more days before your next billing date and no further payments will be taken; cancel later and one final month will be charged, with full access until the end of that month. You can freeze prepaid time for up to 4 weeks per year and transfer it to a family member or a friend within the same membership year. We do offer no change-of-mind refunds.
